I know… you know how to work out – your routine has been working for you for several years. … but, you may not know that you are injuring yourself until – well, it happens. At Cheshire, we offer several qualified Personal Trainers that you can use for long term goals or short term adjustments to your routine. Click here for more info.

A personal trainer

can show you the proper way to lift weights, work on a machine and help you with your routine. Working with a PT can give you the boost that you need or give you some pointers and a new perspective or an objective eye.

They are better than a mirror.

Watching yourself while you work out can help you make sure your form is correct, but it’s even better when someone is there to tweak it while you work.

They push your limits.

Just when you think you can’t go anymore, you’ll be told to “hold for another minute” or do “10 more reps.” And what do you do? You do it, and are all the better for it.

They hold you accountable.

It’s much harder to justify blowing off an appointment with a personal trainer than just your own free styling time at the gym.

They keep you from plateauing.

A personal trainer will always have a new workout up their sleeve just to keep it fun and also so that you can continue to see results.
