Personal Training

 

Cheshire Fitness Club is proud to offer workouts with our Certified Personal Trainers to maximize your time and efforts in attaining personal fitness. While many of our members are accustomed to doing  their own workout routine, there can be advantages to having a professional provide advice on types of exercise, sequencing of routines or nutrition.

  

Pricing and Packages

Our Personal Trainers can offer you a single session (one-on-one) attention for $ 50 or a six-session package for $ 250 (these sessions are designed to last one hour).

Personalized Workout Analysis - this is a 90 minute session for $80 that includes body composition analysis, nutritional analysis, individualized workout plan, stretching and free 15-minute re-evaluation after 60 days.

Group Personal Training - is available with prior arrangements through the Personal Trainer. No more than 5 persons per session. Meets in the aerobic studio from 12:00 to 4:00pm Monday through Saturday; 1:00pm to 4:00pm on Sunday. $35 per individual per hour.

  Each of these packages must be used within 45 days of purchase  

 

Personal Trainers


Crystal Kilgore - An accomplished athlete, Crystal excelled in basketball, volleyball and soccer and played professionally with the Asheville Splash soccer team. She enjoys coaching and training people of all ages in specially designed programs to meet individual needs.  Group Exercise Certified through NETA. Certified Personal Trainer through American Council of Exercise (ACE).  Certified in Kickboxing and water aerobics.

 


Kathy Cardillo - Certified personal trainer and fitness instructor through ACE and AFFA.

Kathy is also certified as a post rehabilitation conditioning specialist for older adults, yoga fit, spinning, body pump, step, and kickboxing. Working for the past 10 years with physical therapists has taught Kathy a lot about rehab and injury prevention. Her continuing commitment to fitness enables her to develop programs to fit individual needs and keep pace with any new fitness trends.


 

Carlos Perez - Certified as a Personal Trainer and Sports Specific Trainer through American Council of Exercise (ACE).  Carlos holds a B.S. in Nutrition and Dietetics from Western Carolina University.  Specializes in nutrition, athletic performance inprovement and overall health. Provides sports specific training for athletes of any age.

 

 


 

Mary Elizabeth (ME) Banks - Certified Personal Trainer through American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM).  Certified Group Instructor through NETA. Currently teaching water fitness for Cheshire.  Focuses on customized fitness plans for clients of all ages featuring balance training, functional strength training, water fitness, and weight loss.                                                                                    

 

 


       

Rebecca Sullivan -  Rebecca is certified as a personal trainer through ISSA and is currently studying to also be certified in Fitness Nutrition. She specializes in Women’s fitness, health and well-being. She is passionate when it comes to “encouraging her clients to make healthy choices – not simply surviving, but THRIVING.”
