Tai Chi at Cheshire Fitness Club is moving…like “moving meditation” to Wednesday afternoons from 3:00 to 4:30pm. Roberto and his staff have asked for an additional half hour to teach the movements and have some more practice time with their students. If you have never tried Tai Chi, it is great for fitness, balance and alignment – give it a try, beginners are always welcome!!
