We offer a wide variety of Group Fitness Classes.

  • Cycle: Join us for a fun and heart pounding 25 minute ride followed by a great 30 minute workout with weights, bands and mat exercises. Beginners are encouraged and welcomed!

  • Cycle Cross Fit: This class is a blend of cycling with up to 8 stations of “cross-fit” style exercise.
  • Muscle Pump: Starts with a warm up for the legs for 10 minutes, max out muscle groups for 25 minutes, core exercises, Piyometric routines followed by a cool down and stretch.
  • Ultra Condition: High Intensity Interval circuits using the bike, weights, and body weight.
  • Cardio Salsa: You won’t even notice that you’re exercising! This fun, energetic class builds on the basic Latin moves, conditioning, core and stretch.
  • DancEnergy: Shake it in this exhilarating workout for all fitness levels. Energetic choreographed dance routines fusing basic aerobic moves and several styles of dance set to latin, popular and international music. This fun workout keeps you moving and ends with overall toning and stretching.
  • Fit Kids: This class is for 5 to 10 years old youngsters and will get them moving aerobically with active and interactive games that will help them to stay active and healthy for a lifetime.

  • Cardio Blast: This is a high intensity workout including easy-to-follow dance moves, cardio kickboxing and interval training. This class is set to the latest and greatest workout music that will keep you smiling, sweating and burning fat.
  • C.S.I. (Cardio, Strength Intervals): Workout that alternates basic cardio conditioning with sets of resistance training exercises for all your major muscle groups. Cardio (cycle), Core strengthening and stretching concludes the class.
  • Cardio/Strength HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training): This is a high energy class that gives you a total body, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. It combines intervals of maximum effort followed by a recovery period. We combine full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body and improve your endurance.
  • Max Strength: This 55 minute resistance band and dumbbell program strengthens your major muscles in a motivating group environment with fantastic music and simple athletic movements. Step Combo—Class will include warm up, stretch, cardio portion: step low/high impact mix or dance moves, resistance training, core work for abs and back and cool down stretch. Instructors’ choice is to diversify the cardio portion of class.

  • Tabata / Core: This class is divided into two half hour blocks. The Tabata training is a type of high intensity training using bursts of high intensity exercise followed by a brief rest period. The core exercises include stretching, relaxing muscle groups and strengthening the core using exercises based on Pilates.
  • Turbo Kick: Combines cardio kickboxing and body-sculpting dance moves choreographed to the hottest music mixes. You’ll get lean and toned-and have a blast doing it. It’s high intensity, fast-paced, and totally addictive!
  • Insanity: A 30 minute cardio-based total body conditioning program that is based on the principles of MAX interval training. Modifications are available for all fitness levels. Get in and get it done!
  • Back Care Yoga: A blend of stretching and postures that enhance flexibility in the back area and core area of the body. Designed with and eye to individualized attention, the instructor will guide the class as needed.
  • Gentle Flow Yoga: Starting with gentle positioning and clearing the mind/body to enhance posture and movement. Add additional warm ups and modifying seated postures to accommodate all skill levels.
  • Inner Light Yoga: Strives to honor God with our bodies recognizing that the Holy Spirit dwells within us. In each class, we will incorporate meditations on scripture with breath and body movement- flexing, stretching and strengthening our physical and spiritual bodies. Practice will be gentle and all levels are welcome.
  • Restorative Yoga & Meditation: Using props and blankets to modify poses, the body is allowed to gently open to deep relaxation and healing
  • Slow Flow Yoga:  This is a mindful, firm flow class. Yoga breathing techniques are infused throughout both slow, fluid movement and alignment-based holding poses. Balance challenges, core work and floor poses are offered prior to final relaxation.
  • Tai Chi Beginners & Intermediate: An ancient, slow moving, meditative exercise and martial art.. Daily practice promotes mental clarity and a healthy body. Classes consist of gentle loosening exercises, individual instruction.
  • Vinyasa Flow Yoga: A steady focus on strength, flexibility and balance.  We move slowly, pausing long enough in each pose to obtain the full benefits of the stretch and to build strength and endurance.
  • Yoga-lates: A blend of yoga postures and Pilates with an emphasis on breath, alignment and meditative mindfulness. Sculpt and tone with weights and core exercises to finish the class.
  • Yin & Hatha Yoga: Focusing on exercising & nourishing the connective tissue of the body, increasing fluidity & ease of movement.
  • Yoga-lates: A blend of yoga postures and Pilates with an emphasis on breath, alignment and meditative mindfulness. Sculpt and tone with weights and core exercises to finish the class.
  • Bike & Barre: Cardiovascular training on the cycle, alternated with strength and core exercises and yoga poses for balance.
  • Fit@anyAge: A combination of aerobics, strength training, stretching and balance. This class is a great starting place for any age on your journey to fitness.
  • Form Focus (New class): An intermediate level strength and training class focused on form.
  • Functional Fitness: Designed to enhance posture through alignment, balance, strength and mind/body awareness through yoga and Pilates based movement.
  • Pilates – Body and Mind: Provides safe techniques that will carry through your daily life.
  • Sit to be Fit: A 45 minute chair based class for the seniors. Helps with balance, range of motion and maintaining core strength.
  • Strengthen and Lengthen: This class incorporates Pilates to build core strength combined with yoga poses for balance, and to release tense muscles. We will utilize light weights, bands and exercise balls.
